These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Curious Parent Private Limited.

Under no circumstances shall Curious Parent Private Limited team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Curious Parent Private Limited team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Curious Parent Private Limited will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

License

Curious Parent Private Limited grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website and our mobile applications strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Curious Parent Private Limited (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "Curious Parent Private Limited", "us", "we" or "our"), the provider of the Curious Parent Private Limited website, our mobile applications for iOS and Android, and the services accessible from them (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the "Curious Parent Private Limited Service").

You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Curious Parent Private Limited Service. In these Terms & Conditions, "you" refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.

Meanings

For this Terms & Conditions:

• Cookie: small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, remember information about you such as your language preference or login information.
• Company: when this policy mentions "Company," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Curious Parent Private Limited, (Flat No. 16A, Tower-16, Belgravia, Central Park-2, Sector-48, Gurgaon, Gurgaon, Haryana, India, 122018) that is responsible for your information under this Terms & Conditions.
• Country: where Curious Parent Private Limited or the owners/founders of Curious Parent Private Limited are based, in this case is India.
• Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Curious Parent Private Limited and use the services.
• Service: refers to the service provided by Curious Parent Private Limited as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform, including our website and our mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Third-party service: refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.
• Website: Curious Parent Private Limited's site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.thecuriousparent.com
• App: the Curious Parent mobile applications for iOS and Android, distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Except where a section says otherwise, every reference in these Terms to the website applies equally to the App.
• You: a person or entity that is registered with Curious Parent Private Limited to use the Services.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the website or make the platform available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the website.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Curious Parent Private Limited or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the website.

Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Curious Parent Private Limited. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Curious Parent Private Limited. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Curious Parent Private Limited, you agree to the terms along with Curious Parent Private Limited's Privacy Policy.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.

TCP Club Subscription — Purchases Made on Our Website

This section applies to subscriptions purchased on thecuriousparent.com. If you subscribed inside our iOS app, see TCP Club Subscription — Purchases Made Through the Apple App Store below instead.

The Curious Parent Club ("TCP Club") is a paid, auto-renewing subscription. By subscribing, you authorise Curious Parent Private Limited to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. In India, payments are processed through Razorpay using UPI Autopay, e-mandate (bank account) or a card mandate. Outside India, payments are processed in your local currency through Dodo Payments, our international Merchant of Record.

• Plans & pricing (India): Monthly at ₹699, Quarterly at ₹1499 and Annual at ₹3999, inclusive of applicable GST.
• Plans & pricing (outside India): Monthly at $19 / €19 / £19, Quarterly at $49 / €49 / £49 and Annual at $99 / €99 / £99, charged in your local currency through Dodo Payments. Unlike the India prices above, these are exclusive of tax: any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country is added at checkout, so your total may exceed the listed price (for example, UK VAT at 20% on a $99 Annual plan). Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and remits that tax to your local authority. The full total is shown before you confirm and on every invoice. Members in regions where these currencies are not available are billed in US Dollars. Prices may change with prior notice; any change applies from your next renewal. Members who subscribed before a price change continue on their existing price for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Billing cycle: The first payment is charged when you set up the mandate. The subscription then renews and is charged automatically at the end of each billing period (every 1 month for Monthly, every 3 months for Quarterly, every 12 months for Annual) until you cancel.
• Mandate authorisation: The exact amount, frequency and start date are shown to you on the Razorpay checkout before you approve the mandate. No amount is debited without a mandate you have authorised.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
• Failed payments: If an automatic charge fails, Razorpay may retry it per its rules. If it cannot be collected, your subscription may pause or lapse and access may end at the close of your paid period.

TCP Club Subscription — Purchases Made Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribe to TCP Club inside our iOS app, your purchase is an auto-renewable In-App Purchase processed by Apple. The following applies to that purchase instead of the Razorpay and Dodo Payments terms above.

• Plans & pricing: Monthly and Annual plans are offered. The price is set in the local currency of your App Store region and is displayed in the app before you confirm the purchase. App Store prices may differ from the website prices listed above.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of that period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
• Refunds: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled solely by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The refund windows described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy do not apply to App Store purchases.
• Access across platforms: TCP Club is a multiplatform service. A membership acquired on any platform gives you access to your content both in the app and on the website, using the same account.

Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice

The Curious Parent Club, AskTCP, and our courses are intended for educational and awareness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or individual intervention in cases of abuse, trauma, or child safety concerns.

Where required, parents are advised to seek help from qualified professionals, legal authorities, mental health professionals, or child protection services.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Curious Parent Private Limited with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Curious Parent Private Limited.

Curious Parent Private Limited shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.

Automated Social Media Responses

Curious Parent Private Limited operates automated reply functionality on its official Facebook Page and Instagram Business account using applications built on the Meta Platform APIs. By commenting on Curious Parent's posts or reels, or by sending Us a direct message on these platforms, You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You may receive an automated public reply under Your comment.
• You may receive a single automated direct message in response to Your comment or message, including any link, resource, or information that Your interaction indicated You requested.
• All automated responses are sent strictly in reply to interactions You have voluntarily initiated. We do not send unsolicited messages.
• The automated functionality operates within the messaging windows and policies defined by Meta. You may stop receiving any further automated communication at any time by ceasing to interact with our content, by blocking our account on the relevant platform, or by writing to Us at hello@thecuriousparent.com.
• The content of automated replies is intended as a convenience and does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or educational advice. Use of any information received via automated reply is subject to the broader limitations of liability set out elsewhere in these Terms.

Your Consent

We've updated our Terms & Conditions to provide you with complete transparency into what is being set when you visit our site and how it's being used. By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Terms & Conditions.
